ASRock

ASRock filing at ECC revealed that the AMD Radeon RX 6700 would have 6 GB of VRAM compared to AMD Radeon RX 6600, which is expected to have 12 GB of VRAM. Although this might sound disappointing, AMD already did this previously with its previous chipsets.

The listing includes multiple ASRock graphics cards including 3x Radeon RX 6600 XT Challenger, an RX 6700 Challenger, 3x RX 6700 XT Challenger, and an RX 6700 XT Phantom Gaming D. The listing also includes new graphics cards featuring older GPUs such as an RX 5700 XT Phantom Gaming, 2x RX 580 Phantom Gaming, and 2x RX570 Phantom Gaming.

ASRock 6600XT and 6700 listing

Radeon RX 6700 XT is based on a NAVI 22 XT GPU, likely 40 CUs/2560 SP. The memory subsystem will be 12 GB at 192 bits. As in the listing, the RX 6700 then has 6GB fitted with NAVI 22 XL. The lower-spec RX 6600 XT then again is accompanied by 12 GB of GDDR6 memory.
